How to determine if wireless or LAN connection used?

If your wireless connection sends via one ip address and receives via another, such as some radio (download) /modem (upload) setups do, this may be the problem. Some games may be able to handle this where others can't. This is only speculation as I don't know how your "wireless" connection operates, exactly.
